A live session each week from our coach, Tiana (a founding member) going over nutrition for triathlon, strength training for triathlon, pre/post rehab for workouts, how to have a great transition, etc.
Also be a place to ask questions, discuss results with other members, and plan training days.
The participants will meet for 3 different training sessions a week:
Monday open water swim with paddle boarders and kayakers
Tuesday Ride led at a few different locations around Nevada County
Wednesday Run led at the local NU track
Option for long runs and rides on Saturday and Sunday
